Owner and chef, Ben Willis, has travelled the world to come with the most artistic dishes and constantly changes the menu to include unique and creative flavours. Their sample menu includes flounder mouselline, broccolini, calamari, bourride & wakame and for dessert a coconut and black sesame tart, toasted meringue & coconut sorbet.
